The structure pressure position is on the floor 2 of undercut of the poured concrete formwork, the concrete strength has enough bearing load, the steel truss has enough height, and the scaffolding board adopts enough thickness materials.

Passive fall prevention safety system

Fall protection device is the last line of defense for the safety of super high-rise top mold system.
  • Set a single valve during the jacking process to prevent the platform from falling.
  • If the tubing bursts during the jacking process, the single valve will automatically lock the hydraulic oil to prevent the platform from falling.
  • Synchronous jacking process and whole-process monitoring.
Use the intrinsically safe product to "protect" the super high-rise top mold system
  • Mechanical triggering device doesn't need the manual intervention;
  • Such device is in the standby state in all weathers, and no blind zone of protective time exists;
